I will not ship below 40 or above 90 or close to holidays. Heatpacks are extra cost. Ships from nj. All orders are packed careful with insulation foam, polyfill, aluminum foil wrap, and bubble wrap. Once dropped to the post office they assume all responsibility and I cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages. If there is an issue, please send an unboxing video within 15 min of time of delivery. Any issues I will create a claim with the postal service but cannot guarantee refunds. USPS in my experience is best for insurance guarantees up to $100. Live arrival guarantee only with next day air and temperatures between 45F-90F without delays. Please check your local weather and request shipping times based accordingly. Please request shipping dates within 1 day of order. I can hold orders up to 10 days.
